Cookie Crumble Cappuccino
Makes 2 drinks
Summer is coming and you probably want something cooling. Well here you go, try making this cookie crumble cappuccino. This drink is layered with blended coffee and crumble, topped with whipped cream. All you need is a good blender some coffee ice cubes (so the drink isn't watered down) and some fresh baked cookies(I used oatmeal and chocolate chip)
TIP: Prepare cookie dough, roll it into balls, and freeze them so you can bake cookies when you want them.
Ingredients:
- 6 cookies, 3 oatmeal and 3 chocolate chip (2 whole and 4 crumbled up)
- 1 tray of coffee ice cubes (you can use regular ice too)
- 1 cups of milk (I used cashew milk)
- 1/4 cup of cooled coffee
- 2 tablespoons of sugar or cookie dough flavoured sugar syrup (I used coconut sugar)
- whipped cream
- a pinch of salt (I used pink salt)
Directions:
1. In a blender add the 2 whole cookies, ice cubes, milk, coffee, sugar, and salt. Blend it up until it becomes thick like a slushy.
2. After it's blended, in a glass pour the blended coffee and crumble making layers(hopefully it comes out better than mine 😆). Make at least 2 layers of each. Then top it with whipped cream.
And there you have it, a nice rich cookie crumble cappuccino. Enjoy😀
