Coffee Butter
Makes 1 small jar
This spread is a MUST have in your pantry! It has a rich coffee flavour with a hint of nuttiness (doesn't look very appetizing but trust me it's good🙂). You're gonna love this on your toast, smoothies, or top your muffins etc... It's so easy to make (I say this in every recipe 😂) all you need is a food processor and a handful of ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cashews
- 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon of powder sugar
- 1 tablespoon of espresso powder
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
1. In a food processor, blend cashews and salt for 5 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients for another 5 minutes, until it's nice and creamy. Make sure you scrape the sides after the 5 minutes. Mine has some texture, but I prefer that.

This sounds so good! I like texture to my spreads too. If it’s too creamy I find it sticks to the roof of my mouth 😂
