Coffee Cheesecake Brownie Bars
makes 12 Bars
If you need a dessert for a wedding, party or family gathering, this is for you. These cheesecake bars are full of great flavours like coffee and chocolate. The brownie gives a great fudgy texture to the bars. The cheesecake part gives a lovely creamy texture (you can't go wrong with cheesecake😋). Trust me, they sound like they're rich on rich on rich but it has a perfect balance. All you need are a few ingredients, a brownie mix (I was lazy to make brownies from scratch lol, but hey this blog is for making easy recipes lol) and some others.
Ingredients:
- brownie mix
- 1 brick of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of espresso powder
- 1/4 or 1/2 cup of powder sugar (however sweet you like it. I used 1/4 cup)
- splash of vanilla (optional)
Directions:
1. Bake your brownies according to the package, in a 9/13 pan. After it's baked, set aside to let them cool.
2. In a stand mixer, (or hand mixer) whip the rest of the ingredients until nice, thick and creamy. Then layer the cream cheese on top of the brownies. Let them chill in the freezer or fridge for about 2 - 3 hours, or until firm.
3. After they are chilled, cut them as even as you can, making 12 bars. (like mine, they're not😂) After you cut them, you can decorate them however you like them. I coated mine in chocolate and also drizzled some chocolate on the plain ones.
Well, there you have it some coffee cheesecake brownie bars all ready for the party.🥳🎉
