Lotus Biscoff Iced Cappuccino
Makes 1 drink
This iced cappuccino was a very fun recipe to make because Lotus Biscoff cookies are one of my favorites. I'm sure it's probably one of yours too. There are two ways of doing this, one is vegan and the other is non vegan. This drink is perfect for this time of year/season, as fall is around the corner which I'm excited about because this means fun fall recipes coming your way. All you need are a few ingredients, which I'm sure you have already.
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 shots of espresso
- 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream (use vegan ice cream if vegan)
- 1 heap cup of ice
- 2 tablespoons of biscoff spread
- 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Start on low speed, then slowly go to high. Then top it off with whatever you like I did whip cream.
