Vanilla Maple Granola

Vanilla Maple Granola

This granola is different than other recipes because you don't bake it, you pan fry it. This is very quick and easy to make all you need are a few ingredients.




Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- pinch of salt (optional)

Directions
1. In a frying pan on medium-high heat, add oil, oats, almonds coconut flakes, and toast them for a few minutes until lightly golden brown. Then, add maple syrup, vanilla, salt, chia seeds, and hemp hearts, mix until all is combined. Takes 6-8 minutes. 

You can either eat it with yogurt or just add milk and top with banana and peanut butter. 
 
As you can read, it's very quick and easy to make for breakfast.
